Database Bundle not active

Hi there ,

I have set up a reportserver but while trying to add a database bundle , I'm unable to perform the action because the option is not active. Could you please let me know what should I do so that I can create one.

Thanks ,
Sreejith S

Re: Database Bundle not active

Hello Sreejith,

welcome to the RS forum.

The database bundle is an enterprise feature. My guess is that you installed ReportServer Community.

Best Regards,
Arno

Thanks ,

Re: Database Bundle not active

Hi Sreejith S,

if you have a license key, you can open your reportserver installation, go to Administration -> License Management, where you can copy your license key in order to upgrade.

Best regards,
Eduardo

Hi Eduardo ,

I'm not able to find such option under Administration -> License Management . BTW my current installation is RS-community edition.

Re: Database Bundle not active

Hi Sreejith,

you can try copying the reportserverenterprise.jar to the WEB-INF/lib directory.
You can download the enterprise trial in order to get this jar.
Then, after restarting reportserver, you should see the License Management option.

Best regards,
Eduardo
