This message return on access server

Connection Test: Failed (Communications link failure

The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.)

Hello Lúcio,

welcome to the ReportServer forum.

The error message indicates that ReportServer cannot access its database. Could you try restarting MySQL?
