I'm having trouble naming folders with non-letter characters in 'Report Manager.'
For insntance when I insert the folder in 'Report Manager' and name this folder by clicking 'apply', the folder will get the exact name that I gave her (even if There are non-Latin characters. But if you refresh the page, this will replace the non-quotation marks with the question mark: if I name this folder '123_папка_456', after refreshing the name of the folder will change to '123' ???? 456 '.
Our version is RS3.0.4-6004 (2018-08-27-10-01-33).
Please give me instructions on how to resolve this issue.
