Send reports to Sharepoint

Good morning,

I want to storage reports in Sharepoint but I have a problem, here is the explanation:

I have a document library in Sharepoint with an associated email address. Any email received in this address is processed and the attached file is storaged into a folder named as the subject of the email.
What is happening is that in Sharepoint the folder is created but it doesn't have any file inside (the attached file in the email is missing). It seems like an email format issue because when I resend those e-mails from Outlook Sharepoint receives the attached files correctly. I am using Exchange.

How can I solve this issue? Is there a way to change the mail format from RS?

Thank you in advance and best regards,
Álvaro

Re: Send reports to Sharepoint

Hi Alvaro,

what exactly do you mean by the "mail format"? Do you mean html-emails ? Or what exactly is expected by Sharepoint to put the attachment correctly ?
Could you send me please both emails? The one created by reportserver which doesn't work and the one you sent from Outlook, which works? So I can compare them.

Best regards,
Eduardo

Re: Send reports to Sharepoint

Hello Edulid,

I mean the format in which the e-mail is generated depending on the tool used to send it.

Here is the mail generated by RS and which SharePoint do not process correctly:

I have found that in some places they solved it by removing the following part in the mail (first one sent by RS):

Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
    boundary="----=_Part_12_36795605.1502353231081"

Sorry if there was some lack of information, I am not very familiarized with this type of issues.

Thank you for your support and best regards,
Álvaro

Re: Send reports to Sharepoint

Hi Alvaro,

in the second email, which is well processed: where is the attachment? Could you please post the complete email source? Please post both cases for the same email: as in the example you already posted, but without cutting anything off. If the attachment is too large you can of course replace part of the attachment with "...".
Example:

Headers
Attachment begin
...
Attachment end
Rest of Email source

Regards,
Eduardo
